- If you open Artem Gagarin's page in the Section on the Site Kryvbas in , it is written: a path from a fan of the club for football. Please tell you what was this path?

- to speak briefly - everything is correctly written. Apparently, it was before school when it first got to the stadium. I came to the game Kryvbas, and I liked, I wanted a little bigger. I wanted to support the club because I realized that fans were an important component of any team success.

I sew a large flag myself, stood on one of the sectors and waved the whole match with this flag. After that, boys from the fan sector began to approach me and invite you to join them. Gradually, not immediately, I still came to the sector, started walking, actively cheering, riding for a club, making and smoking fireworks, participating in a life. Maybe it would be left: I would simply be an active fan, but then I had a little turned over, I started to devote more time to KVCs - these are travel, travel to different cities, different countries, so there was very little time.

But the football always stayed with me, I looked, cheered and worried when Kryvbas did not become… After the first attempts from Sergei Mazur were first attempted to revive the club when he came to the Quarter with a request to help revive the team, I also began to take an active part. 

And here, in 2020, when we combined efforts with Konstantin Karamanitsa, everything finally turned out. At that time, I was already engaged in football, so to speak, I was tangent, I became an ambassador of UPL and the Ukrainian Football Association, worked on many football event, was engaged in a media and thus started engaging in a revived club. That's why he was: he was a football fan and became a football functionary.

-in Kryvbas and there are three vice-residents. How are duties distributed between them and what areas do you specify?

-If we take the structure of the vice-residents, we have Sergei Mazur, who deals with more representative activity. He is the legend of the club in all the understanding of the word, because if it were not for him, there would be no club in the way he is now. It was his initiative that led to the club revived.

? He is the head of our general partner Rudomin, who is the main investor. Therefore, it is possible to note this direction, because in this Volodymyr Prof and one hundred percent is understood.

My direction is marketing, media and much that falls under these concepts. And, perhaps, even a little more. We still have a Sports Director, he is a general, who is engaged in sports activities, financial functioning of the club and many things. And, of course, President Konstantin Karamanitz, who is involved in all processes, plays an important role in the management mechanism. Our engine. He is not just a person who invests money and everything, but lives with a club. It is relevant to all areas of the club activity, and it is cool, because it knows what and for what it takes, how it should function, that the club develops. Apparently, that's why we have such a breakthrough in four years, from the moment of revival and before we participated in the European Cups.

- by the level of media activity, social networks and its own brand Kryvbas exactly one of the UPL leaders. How would you explain to other clubs that it is also very important to develop in this direction? 

-It seems to me that they themselves have to come. Because if someone is forced to something, then it will definitely not be good. Why do something if you do not understand why do you need it?

Now is this world. Digital football is watching most fans. Such are modern realities in our country and in general in the world. The football, which he was at the beginning when there is 22 people and the ball - it no longer works. There is a lot of interesting things around football, now it is a real show, and you need to make it even more interesting to bring people to your club, your brand, so that you have new fans and not lose old fans. Here all the tools are good, so they need to be used. Medarity is only part of a large process but very important.

- There are many different brands among your sponsors and partners. How can you involve them in cooperation and maybe share some interesting case?

-Attitudes to partners as something more than just a sponsor with whom the contract needs to be worked out, distinguishes FC Kryvbas. After all, we want it to be organics to be perceived as one in fans and outsiders.

People sometimes say: how can be, for example, beer or vodka sponsor of a football club, sports? It's alcohol. But if you have found any common values ​​in your brands, then here you can get together. And when you come together, it will be the right synergy, people will perceive it and will not ask such questions.

And we still have the following concept: partners are friends. A great example is Favbet Our Backing Partner. Collaboration began from the moment of revival. By the way, we were the only club in the Second League, who had a bike partner. They believed in us then. Then was the first league and then UPL where we're not the first year with Favbet.

Somehow we came together, we have a lot in common. Sometimes we generate crazy ideas, but they support them and perceive them. When I suggested that the series about a football player, anyone else would say that it was uninteresting. But they believed that we would be able to do it. And we met the expectations. The project football player came well, cool coverage, cool feedback. As a result, both a partner and we got the result from this cooperation and remained satisfied.

As you understand we couldn't stay with them. So now we are interested in with Skidan, creating, fantasizing, coming up with some new options for equipment, design, presenting and doing it for the club. 

We have agreed on our common values, such as gender equality, with the Aurora Multimaries. They entered the women's team, and in general we created Equality Hub, our hub of equality. And we continue to work in this socially important direction.

No advertising works so much, because it should be relevant here and now that a person can see it, feel and believe you. 

- Tell us about a few charitable initiatives Kryvbas and what you are most proud of.

- when a full-scale invasion began, we did not understand what and how it would be, so we tried to be useful everywhere. One of the first initiatives - we, together with TiketBoks, sold tickets to the match, which were to take place in the first months of a full -scale invasion. The main team should have a match with Victoria and we sold tickets to it, and the funds were transferred to the needs of Sumy region.

Then the women's team had a match with Mariupol, we sold tickets and gave money to girls from Mariupol, and these funds helped them leave. We rented a minibus, struck humanitarian aid and went there, shipped the humanitarian and took away the girls. This case with tickets for virtual matches was the first and quite indicative.

Many of what the club does is not advertise, and it is not only buying something, but also certain things that I will not talk about for safety reasons. But they did everything: both the cars were passed, and the Kryvyi Rih direction in peak times helped a lot, and the city helped, and the money for the boys was collected.
