Andrusw Araujo: I always try to do everything possible to make children feel our love and support

Venezuelan midfielder of Kryvyi Rih Kryvbas Andrusw Araujo shared his emotions after meeting with young students of the Kryvbas Football Academy.

- How important do you think such meetings between the main team and the students of the Kryvbas Academy are?

- It is always very important to meet with children. I think that we, the players of Kryvbas, are motivation for them, an example of how to achieve your dreams. You always need to show love for your work, confidence, responsibility, hard work and kindness, so that they take an example from us - from all the good that we have.

So they will be able to build their own path and achieve their dreams, and maybe, over time, get to the main team - the first team of Kryvbas. And, of course, it is always nice to meet with them, spend time together. It is really worth paying attention to.

- What do you want to convey to children during such meetings? What is the main message?

- I want to convey to them that thanks to love, self-sacrifice, struggle, devotion, perseverance, discipline and, above all, modesty, you can make your dreams come true. I want them to understand: everything will work out if you work hard, because nothing is impossible for God. When you do something with love, you always achieve your goals. And you should always try to share all the best and brightest that you have in yourself.

- What surprised or pleased you the most while communicating with the pupils?

- They are very nice children. I think you could see their joy and happiness when they saw us. It is wonderful to have the opportunity to chat, take a photo, say a few warm words. I always try to do everything possible so that they feel our love and support. And, of course, from my side there will always be joy, happiness and sincere love for them.

- Do you think this kind of communication helps young players to believe in themselves and dream of making their debut in the first team?

- Yes, of course. They see that we are there, that we always try to do our best - and this is a great support for them. I think we are a motivation for those children who are growing and developing. As I said, when you do something with love - you always achieve your goals. There is nothing better than passing on this confidence and love to them, so that they continue to work and do what they love.

- In your opinion, what does a young football player need to go from the academy to the first team?

- The most important thing is work and discipline. These are children who are still growing, and there is nothing better than when they do what they like, without being forced. It is important that they enjoy football, feel the love for the game. Let them enjoy this process, because over time they too will have a chance to make it to the first team.
