About the development of FC "Kryvbas" in the conditions of war

- Many things are changing. Even in the conditions of war, we still continue to develop, build our infrastructure. Because FC "Kryvbas" is not only the main team, it is also the Academy, which has more children. There used to be up to a thousand of them, now there are a thousand. Sport is rehabilitation, we have many immigrant children, children of our defenders. Indeed, they have the opportunity to come and meet their friends.

For immigrants, this is an opportunity to socialize and get to know someone. You lived in another city, you had friends, school, then Russia came and all that was gone. Football is like a magnet. Many people come to support the team in the stands. We are very glad that people from Znamyanka and Apostolovo are coming, and everyone is united by football. Unfortunately, now we can only host 600 people at UPL matches, but still, every match is a holiday for the city.

About the current season in the UPL

- The beginning of the UPL season turned out to be unstable for us. Participation in European Cups, a very tight schedule. On Thursday you play in European Cups, and on Sunday - the championship. Then again the European Cups, the championship. In addition, we had many injured. Stress affects people a lot. This stress, relocations affect all clubs, all people, therefore, indeed, there were many injured in the team. But despite this, the team is fighting, playing and will move on.

About the Tribune of Heroes

- Now 21 ultras of FC "Kryvbas" have died, unfortunately. Recently there was a game against "Alexandria" and on this day there was a funeral of one of the boys. It's hard. We approach every game, the team and I personally, thank you guys. We invite their families. And, by the way, when the bronze awards were awarded, our boys, it was their initiative, came up and hung the bronze medals on the figures of the boys, and handed them over to the families of the victims. Because we have their merit in our bronze, because without them, and, unfortunately, thousands of other guys, we wouldn't be able to play football, develop football, live, give interviews, nothing.

About war

- In general, I believe that our Russophobia is insufficient. Journalists from the West of Ukraine were coming to us now.
