Bar Lin, the Israeli midfielder for Kryvbas Kryvyi Rih, shared his thoughts on the UPL Matchday 11 home game against Dynamo Kyiv, which ended in a 0:2 defeat.
- How would you assess the team's performance and the final result? Despite the loss, are there any positives you can highlight?
- I believe we could have played better. Naturally, we aren't happy with the result, but overall, I’m satisfied with how the team looked. We managed to establish good chemistry on the pitch, put together several interesting attacking sequences, and play quality football. These are positive aspects that we need to carry over into our upcoming matches.
- After the red card, more space opened up on the pitch. In your opinion, what was the team missing to capitalize on that situation and salvage the match?
- I think that under those circumstances, we could have been more proactive. When you have a numerical advantage, you need to apply even more pressure on the opponent, look for scoring opportunities, and give everything to change the scoreline. Unfortunately, we weren't able to do that.
- I’d also like to ask about the fans. How important was their support for you today?
- It was truly wonderful to see our fans in the stands, to feel their support, and to hear them cheering on the team. That means a great deal to every one of us. We always need their backing, and we are sincerely grateful that they stand by us, even during difficult moments.
- What would you like to say to the fans after today’s match?
- We will do everything possible to ensure Kryvbas rises to the positions it deserves. We really need you, dear fans! Thank you for supporting the team. We will work hard to bring you positive emotions and victories as often as possible.
