Bar Lin: I’ve really missed football, the team atmosphere, and the matches

Bar Lin, the Israeli midfielder for Kryvbas Kryvyi Rih, shared his thoughts on the UPL Matchday 7 away game against Polissya Zhytomyr, which ended 0:1.

- You waited a long time to return to the pitch. What emotions were you feeling?

- To be honest, I’m very happy to be back. It was a truly special and emotional moment for me. I had been waiting for it for a long time - I wanted to get back out there and play football. I missed it so much: the team atmosphere, the matches, everything related to football. So, the comeback was truly incredible for me.

- How difficult was it to find your match rhythm again after such a long break?

- I think we didn't look great at the start of the match, but we picked up the pace later and started playing better. We created a lot of chances and played well as a team. That’s the most important thing right now; we have a lot of new players, so we need to get used to each other and build understanding, communication, and a good team atmosphere. So, I’m really happy with how things are going.

- What did it mean to you personally to play for Kryvbas again?

- Coming back after an injury makes me very happy. I’d been waiting for this for a long time. I missed football, the atmosphere, and the chance to play for Kryvbas and in front of our fans. It was truly incredible.

- What do you want most after a comeback like this?

- I hope we continue moving in the right direction. I want to reach peak form, help the team, and achieve our goals together this season.
