Bar Lin: Favorite part of training is playing with small goals

The Israeli midfielder of Kryvyi Rih "Kryvbas" Bar Lin became the hero of another issue FOCUS ON on club YouTube.

- If you knew about the camera following you during training, would it have affected your attitude to the training or your behavior?

- It doesn't matter to me, but maybe I would do a few tricks... more tricks. No, no, it's a joke. I'm kidding.

- Imagine you were invited to star in a football boot commercial. What would be the slogan for your model?

- "Focus on yourself, no matter what others say about you." Something like that.

- How are you during training: focused and serious or more positive?

- I'm always serious, of course, within the process, but sometimes we have breaks, a little fun, so a good mood, a positive atmosphere is very important. In the game, too, I think it's very important - to play with a good mood and give 100%.

- What are you currently working on most in your development? Physically, tactically, mentally?

- Personally, I work more on my physicality. I spend a lot of time in the gym. I also improve some small details, finishing shots on goal, crosses, because now I play in two positions: sometimes in the center, sometimes as a winger. So I improve on things that I didn’t do so often before.

- What is your favorite part of training?

- Playing with small goals. A little dribbling, a little shooting... I enjoy it, it’s the best.

- And what exercise is the most exhausting?

- Running without the ball. It’s bad.

- Remember young Bar Lin. What helped you stay focused when it was not easy?

- Yes, it was always when people didn’t believe in me. I believe in myself and work hard, and then I grow, develop, and become better all the time, even if some people don't like me or don't believe in me. So I only pay attention to myself, not to others.
