Bohdan Shabadash: I saw what needs to be worked on, what needs to be improved

Comments after the match of the 2nd round of the Prime League of the Women's Championship of Ukraine 2026/2027 Women "Kharkiv" - Women "Kryvbas" (4:1).

Bohdan Shabadash, head coach of Women "Kryvbas":

- The match seemed difficult for us. It probably showed that the opponents are older, more experienced and individually stronger than us. On the other hand, I saw what needs to be worked on, what needs to be improved more. First of all - individual skill, fight. From the positive moments I can note our goal scored.

We will improve the game in defense, that is, to make the back more reliable. And the second fact is, probably, in the transitional phases of the end: we will work on this. Because when we go on the attack, we have very few players in their half of the field. So we will work on the attack and on the defense.

Polina Nazarenko, striker of Women "Kryvbas":

- The match was very difficult. We train on an artificial field, and we play on a live one - it makes itself felt. The opponent is very worthy, it's not for nothing that they are the champions of Ukraine. The turning point in the match? I think it was the second goal against us. The main conclusion after the defeat is not to give up, but to work and move on.
