"Chornomorets" U-21 - "Kryvbas" U-21 2:1

Kryvyi Rih Kryvbas U-21 in the away match of the 4th round of the Ukrainian Youth League UPL-2 met with their peers from Odessa, Chornomorets.

It is worth noting that from the first minutes, Odesa released many players onto the field who are regularly involved in the matches of the main team of Chornomorets. This added experience to the hosts and allowed them to start the match more actively.

In the first half, the opponent managed to hit the red-white goal twice. In the 23rd minute, Korniichuk opened the score in the match - 1:0. In the 36th minute, Farasieienko doubled the hosts' advantage - 2:0. After the break, Kryvbas U-21 increased their activity and began to threaten the Odesa goal more often. In the 63rd minute, the red-whites reduced the gap.

The attack of Kryvyi Rih ended with a spectacular combination: after a pass with his heel, Zadoienko got the opportunity to score from the edge of the penalty area and brilliantly took advantage of his chance. The shot into the nine was accurate and irresistible - 2:1.

In the final part of the match, Kryvyi Rih tried to equalize the score, but failed to bring the matter to the second goal. The final whistle recorded the victory of the hosts - 2:1. Despite the result, the second half demonstrated the character of Kryvyi Rih U-21, who did not give up after two conceded goals and continued to fight until the final whistle.

We would like to separately note the debuts for the youth team of the students of the Kryvbas Academy - 16-year-old Ivan Tymoshenko and 15-year-old Yevhen Kozachuk. For the young players, this is the first match at the UPL-2 level and an important step in professional football development. As well as the first official match for Saleh in almost six months.
