FC Kryvbas continues to form the squad ahead of the start of the new season. The red-whites have been joined by Portuguese defender Jimmy Mpanzu (Geremias Jimmy Lima Mpanzu).
A two-year contract has been signed with the 24-year-old footballer, with an option to extend for another season. Kryvbas has completed a full transfer of the defender, who has become the team's fourth summer newcomer.
Jimmy Mpanzu was born on January 16, 2002 in Luanda (Angola), but has Portuguese citizenship. Height - 193 cm, weight - 88 kg. Working foot - left. Can play in the positions of central defender, left defender and defensive midfielder. In the Kryvbas squad, he will play under number 3.
Mpanzu took his first steps in football at the French academy of Onet-le-Château (until 2018), and later continued his studies at the academy of Lyon 1893 (2018-2019). It was for Lyon 1893 that he made his professional debut in 2019.
