FC "Kryvbas" initiated the creation of a new team "Legends of Kryvbas"

On April 18, in Kryvyi Rih, a special meeting of veterans of all Kryvyi Rih teams, which at different times represented our city, took place at the Hirnyk stadium. A very important event was also announced at the meeting - the creation of a veteran team "Legends of Kryvbas".

"I hope that the creation of our Legends team will be an example for other clubs and later we will be able to organize a separate championship in which the UPL will be represented by its legendary players. They will be able to play football again, feel the emotions they felt before. And the younger generation will know who wrote the history of their favorite team. As for the Kryvyi Rih Legends, I would really like to organize a friendly match between the veterans of Kryvbas and Dynamo, collect funds for charity, and repeat the final of the Cup of Ukraine, when, unfortunately, we lost, but take revenge years later, - the vice president emphasized FC "Kryvbas" Artem Gagarin.

Currently, we already have "Kryvbas-Veteran", which is almost the only one in Ukraine that regularly takes part in various competitions: the championship of Kryvyi Rih, All-Ukrainian tournaments. But the creation of a veteran team "Legends Kryvbas" is a particularly important initiative of FC "Kryvbas". After all, "Legends of Kryvbas" will be able to play exhibition matches not only in our country, but also abroad.

"The creation of the team "Legends of Kryvbas" is a very cool idea. We have many veterans who played at the highest level, this is the championship of Ukraine, European Cups, and who will be able to adequately defend the colors of the newly created team. I would like as many veterans of "Kryvbas" as possible to join the game for the red and whites", - emphasized the adviser to the president of FC "Kryvbas", ex-football player from Kryvyi Rih in the 90s Hennadii Prykhodko.

"Well, of course, when the war ends, when it ends with our victory, I would like to organize a game between Kryvbas and Parma at the renovated Metalurg stadium: club legends. Not bad if this was the opening match of our arena. But first you have to win the war. We believe in it. Glory to Ukraine, glory to the Armed Forces, glory to all who defend Ukraine," he summarized Artem Gagarin.
