FC Kryvbas opened a renovated boarding house in Dnipro for World Football Day

An important and symbolic event dedicated to World Football Day took place at the DFKS College in Dnipro. The Football Club "Kryvbas" made a significant investment and officially opened a renovated boarding house for young football players of our Dnipro branch, "UFK-Kryvbas".

"The Football Club "Kryvbas" renovated one wing of the "UFK-Kryvbas" College. We started implementing this in August. And now our students will be able to live, prepare for training and recover in comfortable conditions. This is very important for the future success of the red-white family," said Volodymyr Baienko, General Director of FC "Kryvbas".

In addition, Volodymyr Bayenko received an award from the Chairman of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Council Mykola Lukashuk for his services to the community.

"DFKS is one of the largest sports colleges in Ukraine. There are five of them in Ukraine in total, and it is the only one in the Dnipropetrovsk region. And today, thanks to FC Kryvbas, an entire wing has been completely renovated here. I want to wish our young football players great victories, and thank FC Kryvbas for supporting sports in a key frontline region,” emphasized the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Council, Mykola Lukashuk.

This opening was a step in the development of the football infrastructure of the red-and-whites, as well as confirmation of the systematic support of young athletes who represent the Club at various levels. The renovated boarding house was created so that football players could not only train and study, but also relax comfortably, have high-quality living conditions and combine sports with studies.

“Thanks to FC Kryvbas, today, on World Football Day, we have a holiday. Our dormitory has been renovated. For children and the coaching staff, this is a very joyful and significant event. This is extremely important, because children will live and train in excellent conditions. "Kryvbas" fulfills all agreements on cooperation, so we are proud to be part of the red-white family and are very grateful to the Club," commented the senior coach of "UFK-Kryvbas" Yevhen Proshenko.

The premises underwent a comprehensive renovation: the rooms were renovated, the furniture was replaced, the bathrooms and utility rooms were modernized, the lighting and safety conditions were improved. Particular attention was paid to sports needs: areas for recovery, rest and self-training were equipped.

The football players of "UFK-Kryvbas" also thanked the Club's management for their support, emphasizing that comfortable living conditions are an important motivation for hard work, training and movement towards new sporting achievements.

Thus, the opening of the renovated boarding house became not just a festive event, but a symbol of the club's care for its players and confirmation that "Kryvbas" invests not only in today's results, but also in the future of Ukrainian football.
