Viktoria (Czech. FC Viktoria Plzeň) is a Czech professional football club from Plzen (Western Bohemia). The team was founded on June 11, 1911, and in the same year Viktoria played its first match against Olympia Plesen in red T-shirts and dark blue shorts. Victoria's stadium is called Dusan Arena. It took Plzen Victoria 44 years since its foundation in 1911 to move to its current stadium in Strunz gardens. The official opening of the stadium called Strunz gardens took place in 1955, after the old stadium Viktoria, the honey Street was destroyed as a result of the fire. The Strunz gardens were held due to a major reconstruction in 2003, and in 2011 the stadium was fully rebuilt and 1100 people were accommodated.
