- Hennadii Mykolayovych, with what mood did the Academy come out of the holidays?

- The Academy's students returned from the holidays and are working in one- and two-time mode. They work with pleasure and inspiration. On weekends we hold games - control meetings, we are fruitfully preparing for the second part of the season. Some players are on trial in our teams. The U-15 and U-16 groups are participating in the national Winter Cup. Everything is fine, we are working, there is a lot of work.

- What are the teams' plans for this offseason?

- The preparation and plans are serious. We strive to strengthen each group with new players. The guys work with pleasure - it is nice, because the main thing for us is their desire to work and play in our Academy. Also, at the end of February, two Academy teams, U-16 and U-14, will travel to Vilnius. In Lithuania, our students will represent Ukraine and Kryvyi Rih at the international Ateitis CUP tournament.

- We know that a search for new coaches is also underway.

- The coaching staff of FA Kryvbas consists of those who really want to work in our club. We are looking for specialists and are striving to strengthen some positions in the coaching staff. We are looking for qualified coaches to strengthen this link of the Academy.

- What tasks will the FA Kryvbas teams face in the second part of the National League of the Future season?

- Our goal is to improve results. The main thing is to develop players so that they move to the U-19, and later to the first team.

- How would you comment on the fact that 11 young players from FA Kryvbas, U-19, and UFC-Kryvbas went to Spain for training with the first team?

- This is great and proves that everyone has a chance. I talked to the coach of the first team, he is satisfied with the attitude and play of the guys. The situation is the same in U-19, the guys work actively and conscientiously. Every Academy player has the opportunity to make it to the U-19 and first team. We want every Academy player to have that chance.
