On the eve of the away match of the 6th round with "Left Bank", the adviser to the president of Kryvyi Rih "Kryvbas" Gennadiy Prykhodko shared his thoughts on the game, and also commented on the situation with the team's defender Timur Stetskov, who, by the decision of the management and coaching staff, was transferred to training under an individual program.

- Our team is preparing for the game in normal mode, as well as for all other important UPL matches. Yes, we trained without teams, but we are waiting for their return these days. In general, they worked very well.

- Your son Klim, who recently moved from Kryvbas, is currently playing in "Left Bank". Will it be a game with a special meaning for him and for you?

- I support my native "Kryvbas", Klim plays in "Left Bereza". This match will be important for each of us.

- Timur Stetskov will not help us in this game. Can you comment on the situation as an adviser to the president, a representative of the Club's management and as the former head coach of Kryvbas, a person who knows the structure of the Club and the team very well?

- First of all, I would like to say right away that neither the management nor the coaching staff will ever make decisions that will harm the Club. I read many places that Timur was transferred to an individual training program due to unwillingness to extend the contract, but this is not entirely true. This happened due to the fact that the coaching staff and the head coach cannot count on the player. His psychological state and reluctance to defend the red and white colors forced him to make such a decision. He is no longer with the team in his thoughts, so the coaching staff cannot trust the player, and what is the point of recording him, knowing that there will be someone else in his place.

- Why did this happen and what influenced the situation?

- As a person who has devoted his whole life to football and having some experience, I can guess about the reasons. Youth and inexperience very often influence the wrong choice of the player. Football agents and surroundings can also be the cause, or maybe all at once. But first of all, a football player must always remain a professional, and if Timur had confirmed his desire to complete his contract, I think we would not have to make such decisions.

- Timur still has almost a year left on his contract. How can such a break affect a football player?

- This is a really big pause and it cannot but remain unnoticed. I am telling you this first of all, as an ex-footballer. A vivid example is Snurnitsyn, who joined our Club in the summer. At the meeting, he simply could not stand the running work, which was normal for players in good shape. I think the parallel is clear.

- Who will now play in Stetskov's position?

- Look, we have a lot of great versatile players. Also, newcomers Romanchuk and Drambaev have gained good conditions, there is a young Kanate, and this situation can help him progress. And our selection department is actively working to strengthen this position, so we are moving on.
