Kryvbas players in the national teams: Araujo and Bodnar debuts, Kamenskyi's goal
Football players of Kryvyi Rih Kryvbas are returning to the team's location from their national teams on the eve of the home match of the 22nd round of the UPL against Cherkasy LNZ.
Midfielders Andrusw Araujo and Gleiker Mendoza defended the colors of the Venezuelan national team. Venezuela won a friendly match against Trinidad and Tobago – 4:1 (both started the game in the starting lineup: Araujo played the entire 90 minutes, which was his debut for the national team, and Mendoza was substituted in the 78th minute, and scored an assist), and then lost to Uzbekistan in a penalty shootout – 0:0, pen. 4:5 (Araujo did not enter the field, Mendoza appeared in the 90th minute).
Defender Volodymyr Vilivald has not yet made his debut for the Ukrainian U-21 national team, although he received his first call-up. In the Euro 2027 qualifying matches against Lithuania U-21 (1:1) and Hungary U-21 (2:1), Vilivald remained on the bench.
Forward Matvii Bodnar made his debut for the Ukrainian youth national team (U-18\19) and immediately scored a goal! In the first round of qualifying for Euro 2027, the blue-and-yellows lost to Finland U-19 – 1:2 (Bodnar started in the starting lineup and played 68 minutes), Czech Republic U-19 – 1:3 (appeared as a substitute in the 86th minute) and defeated Estonia U-19 – 4:0 (debut goal in the 28th and only 64th minute). The Ukrainian U-18\19 national team finished third and will continue the fight for a place in Euro in Division A.
Midfielder Oleksandr Kamenskyi helped the Ukrainian U-19 national team qualify for Euro 2026! The blue-and-yellows defeated Northern Ireland U-19 – 1:0 (88 minutes on the field), Kazakhstan U-19 – 3:0 (scored the second goal of the match and was substituted in the 76th minute) and drew 1:1 with Romania U-19 (Kamenskyi came on as a substitute at half-time).
Midfielder Bar Lin started for the Israel U-21 national team in the home Euro qualifier against Bosnia and Herzegovina U-21 – 0:0, and played 62 minutes. The national team of our football player is currently third in the group.
