Ivan Fedyk: Our boys are still gaining knowledge

Head coach of Lviv's Ruh Ivan Fedyk commented on the away match of the 24th round of the UPL against Kryvyi Rih's Kryvyi Rih - 0:3.

- Mr. Ivan, 0:3 - the result in Kryvyi Rih. In your opinion, what influenced this result?

- The first goal was very important, after which the game plan began to work a little differently. We can say that our guys are still gaining experience. That's all that can be said about the match. In football, they should play when they win the competition for their place. We put young guys in because we don't have anyone conditionally. Therefore, they grow through these matches. Another thing is that it's a pity for the older guys, who, let's say, don't have big claims to them, but they suffer the most from this.

- Your decision to release Sliusar as the second striker to Talles. How logical was this decision in your opinion?

- I think everyone saw that he looks better in this position than all our strikers. I don't regret this decision for sure. He's just not ready to play all 90 minutes, so we replaced him at half-time. Only because of that.

- Your decision in the second half to release a more attacking line - Almazbekov appeared, Igor Neves appeared, who had scored in the previous round. Is Almazbekov's second yellow card a lack of experience?

- I wouldn't like to discuss the players' actions. We'll discuss it all one-on-one with them. Why discuss it here?

- Goalkeeper Klymenko's mistake. Maybe we need to have some kind of separate dialogue with him? The guy came out in the Premier League for the first time.

- I think everyone makes mistakes. It's just that when the goalkeeper makes a mistake, it's most visible, that's all. And all footballers make mistakes like that. The one who doesn't go on the field doesn't make mistakes.
