Cyber ​​tournament KRYVBAS CYBER CUP 2024: the first day of the competition

"Kryvbas" Football Club and the State University of Economics and Technology organized the biggest gaming event in June. Last weekend, the first day of the KRYVBAS CYBER CUP FIFA 2024 cyber tournament was held in Kryvyi Rih on the territory of the indoor arena of the Kryvbas Football Academy base.

"It's cool that we managed to organize the KRYVBAS CYBER CUP FIFA 2024 tournament and gathered all together here in difficult conditions for our country. In this way, we are moving towards our common and long-awaited Victory", - emphasized the rector of DUET Andriy Shaikan.

"Many thanks to DUET for cooperation with FC Kryvbas. Thanks to our Memorandum of Cooperation, we involve the people of Kryvyi Rih in sports and communication. I also thank the defenders of Ukraine for the opportunity for all of us to be here," said the vice-president of FC "Kryvbas" Artem Gagarin.

On the first day of the tournament, the best 28 local teams took part, competing in eight qualifying groups in the game EA Sports FC 24 on Play Station 5. Based on the results of the matches, the following 16 teams qualified for the semi-finals:

Group C: FC Ragul, Inguletsky Wovki

Group E: FCVT, Babylon

Group F: TRUE HOPE, Fight-Run

"I really like everything. We thank FC "Kryvbas" and DUET for this opportunity to try their hand at the tournament. In general, it is great to visit the "Kryvbas" training base. Cyberfootball unites, emotions are only positive," they share competition participants.

"The organization was very easy, because our partner is DUET. Our main goal is to unite young people around FC Kryvbas, and it has been fulfilled to one hundred percent. After all, the participants played cyber football, rested and chatted. We provided them with all these opportunities," emphasized the marketing director of FC Kryvbas. Victoriia Kochubei.

9 June the e-football celebration will continue in the DUET building (Vyzvolenya Square, 2; third floor), starting at 10:00 a.m. We are waiting for the draw, playoff matches, the final and awarding of the winners.

The main prizes of the competition:

- season tickets for home matches of the "Kryvbas" football club of the Ukrainian Premier League for the 2024/25 season;

- game T-shirts with autographs of "Kryvbas" players;

- souvenirs from the club fan shop.
