Kostiantyn Frolov: There are no questions for our girls regarding dedication

Comments after the match of the 15th round of the first stage of the Vyshcha League of the Women's Championship of Ukraine 2025\2026 Women "Kryvbas" - Women "Polissya" (1:4).

Kostiantyn Frolov, head coach of Women "Kryvbas":

- As for dedication - there are no questions for our girls. They give themselves to every game one hundred percent. We still lack quality in performance. Due to our own mistakes, we missed the first two goals, which the opponent took advantage of. Women "Polissya" showed a high percentage of realization, they have experienced players in their team, who achieved the result today.

We face difficulties in almost every match. This is natural, because we have a young team, and in the Vyshcha League it is not easy for us to face more experienced opponents. However, we do not stop, but continue to improve and move forward. With each game, the team will gain confidence, and I am convinced that very soon it will give its result.

Anastasiia Stakhniuk, midfielder of Women “Kryvbas”:

- The opponent had the advantage, successfully took advantage of our mistakes and led the score. Unfortunately, it was difficult for us to realize our chances. There are many aspects that need to be worked on. We continue to move forward. In the second half, there was more struggle, but we were not able to fully take advantage of this and turn the tide of the game.

I scored a penalty. I was very worried, because it is a big responsibility, I understood that this goal could change the course of the match. I saw that the goalkeeper opened the right corner, and I managed to shoot it exactly there.
