Kostiantyn Frolov: We scored two quick goals that decided the fate of the match

Comments after the match of the 6th round of the second stage of the Vyshcha League of the Women's Championship of Ukraine 2025\2026 Women "EMS-Podillya" - Women "Kryvbas" (0:3).

Kostiantyn Frolov, head coach of Women "Kryvbas":

- We had a plan for the game: something worked, something didn't. Today we scored two quick goals, which essentially decided the fate of the match. The girls played well, won. Although there are mistakes that we will work on. We understand that we have a young team, and these mistakes - they will always be. We understand that our girls are preparing for the game seriously and trying to win in every match.

But not everything works out, because they are young, there are worries, there are problems with technical and tactical actions. Well, we are correcting all this in the training process. The next game is on Friday with "Polissya". We are hosting them at home. It will be a very difficult game for us. Our goal is to have time to restore the girls. We will prepare, because we understand that we cannot relax. Every point is very important for us.

Polina Nazarenko, forward of Women “Kryvbas”:

- I scored my first goal with my left foot into the far corner. I practice it every day, and I am glad that I managed it. Now we are getting ready for a fighting game against Polissya. We have four days to prepare. It will be a very fighting match.

Sofiia Zuieva, forward of Women “Kryvbas”:

- I am very glad that I scored my debut goal for Women “Kryvbas” in the Vyshcha League. I was very worried, the game was tense, but we coped and won. The girls are well done, everyone tried. The opponent also let us play football, so I want to thank them too.
