"Kryvbas" - "Kolos". Preview

On Saturday, September 5, Kryvbas will play another match of the Ukrainian Championship of the 2026/27 season. As part of the 5th round of the UPL, the red-and-whites will host Kolos from Kovalivka at the Hirnyk stadium. The starting whistle will sound at 13:00.

The teams approach the face-to-face meeting with different moods after the previous round. In the 4th round, Kryvbas lost to Chornomorets away - 0:1. The only goal of the Odessa team was scored in the 77th minute. Kolos played its match of the 4th round at home against Obolon. The match ended without goals scored - 0:0.

In the previous season, the teams already met at Hirnyk. The last official face-to-face game took place on December 13, 2025 as part of the 16th round of the UPL and ended in a draw - 1:1. Kryvbas opened the scoring thanks to a penalty goal by Tverdokhlib, and Kolos equalized early in the second half thanks to a precise strike by Krasnichi.

Kryvbas currently has 4 points after four rounds. Kolos has scored one point. So on Saturday at the Hirnyk, both teams will be motivated to improve their tournament standings. Whether Kryvbas can return to winning ways in the home match - we will find out tomorrow. Everyone to the stadium!
