Kryvbas has resumed training after five days off

Kryvyi Rih’s Kryvbas has begun preparations for their next Ukrainian championship match. Last Saturday, the "Red-and-Whites" played a Matchday 7 UPL game in Zhytomyr against Polissya, losing 0:1. Following the match, the team was given five days off - from Sunday through Thursday.

The players gathered at the club’s training base on Friday and held their first full training session on Saturday. The workout began in the gym, after which the team moved to the outdoor pitches at the base. New signing Tovarnytskyi, a 22-year-old defender, also took part in his first training session with Kryvbas.

Currently, Kryvbas is training without the players who have joined their respective national teams. Vilivald has been called up to the Ukraine U-21 squad; Jones and Herbert to the Panama national team; and Bar Lin to the Israel U-21 team. Additionally, new signing Kachwele has received a call-up to the Tanzania national team.

Two training sessions await the "Red-and-Whites" on Sunday. Moving forward, the team will follow a schedule of one or two sessions per day at the club base. Kryvbas’s next official match is scheduled for October 10 in Kyiv against Obolon, as part of Matchday 8 of the UPL.
