Kryvbas has begun preparations for the away match against Polissya

The Kryvbas Kryvyi Rih first team is continuing preparations for its next Ukrainian Championship match. In Matchday 7 of the UPL, the "Red-and-Whites" will face Polissya Zhytomyr away. The match is scheduled for Friday, September 18, with kickoff at 15:30.

Following the postponement of the Matchday 6 home game against FC Kharkiv, the Kryvbas coaching staff adjusted the preparation plan for the upcoming official fixture. On Sunday, the team held an intra-squad scrimmage at the club's training base. The squad split into two teams - Reds and Whites - and played against each other; the match ended in a 0:0 draw.

The scrimmage provided match practice for players who had missed recent official games, notably Bar Lin and Satchwell. New signing Kulbachuk also played his first match for Kryvbas.

The players had a day off on Monday and began direct preparations for the away game against Polissya on Tuesday. The team is currently following a single-session daily training schedule. There is good news regarding Bar Lin, who continues to train with the main group; having missed the last few months, he is now gradually regaining match fitness alongside his teammates. Additionally, following yesterday's training session, Giovany received a well-deserved award from the UPL as the best player of Matchday 2 of the Ukrainian Championship.

On Thursday, Kryvbas will travel to Zhytomyr to complete the final stage of preparations for the match.
