In the third test match at the winter training camp in Spain, Kryvbas met with the silver medalist of the South Korean championship - Daejeon Citizen. The match was played in a format of four halves of 30 minutes each. We would like to note the debut in the starting lineup of Kryvbas's FA pupil, 17-year-old Matvii Bodnar.
The first half of the game
The debut of the game was left to Kryvbas, who opened the score quite quickly. A quick counterattack followed after a cutback, Mendoza passed to Paraco on the left, who with a touch shot from the edge of the penalty area sent the ball into the far top corner - 2:1. Later, Gleiker himself aimed for the execution into the far corner without a chance for the goalkeeper - 2:0.
After the mini-break, the game continued. Kryvbas continued to play more actively up front, but conceded a goal into his own goal quite quickly. After a cross from the right, Villivald inadvertently cut the ball past Kemkin – an own goal – 2:1.
“Daejeon Citizen” felt even more confident after that and later turned everything upside down. Swede Ludwigson closed the flank cross – 2:2, and tall Oliveira won the second floor after the corner and accurately scored into the near corner – 2:3. It should be noted that between the two missed goals, Araujo did not score a penalty.
Second half of the game
In the second 60th minute, our first winter newcomer, Panamanian defender Jones, entered the field. Well, with the debut, Joseph! We should also note the updated lineup of “Kryvbas”: with the exception of Bar Lin, Jones and Mulyk, all the players represented our Academy and U-19.
The young guys worthily opposed the more experienced and created good chances. Kamenskyi threatened the goal twice. At first, he missed a dangerous free kick, and then he shot from the goal line, but the goalkeeper saved the threat. 17-year-old Myroniuk also had great moments, but Fortune turned away from Oleh.
Khoma also had a job. After one of the moments, he saved Kryvbas after a close-range shot. Our young guys, who once again received a chance to prove themselves from the coaches today (and these were also the debuts of Kozachuk and Dipon) and gained invaluable experience, did not leave any chances for a single goal until the end of the sparring match, and they succeeded in the 110th minute. 16-year-old Zadoienko brought Kamenskyi one-on-one with goalkeeper - the ball was already flying into the goal, but Mulyk corrected it into the net on the line - 3:3.
The next sparring match is on January 31 against the Chinese Tianjin Tigers.
