"Kryvbas" is preparing for the away match against "Chornomorets"

Kryvbas continues to prepare for the next match of the Ukrainian championship. In the 4th round of the UPL, the red and whites will play away against Odessa's Chornomorets.

The match will take place on Sunday, August 30, in Odessa at the Chornomorets stadium. The starting whistle will sound at 13:00. The match will be held without spectators in the stands due to current restrictions after the stadium was damaged by the Russian attack.

After the cup match against Rokyta, the team received three days of rest. The players were able to recover after a busy period and resumed training on Tuesday. The first working day after the break began for the team with training in the gym. The players performed a set of exercises aimed at recovery and a gradual return to the necessary physical activity.

After working in the gym, the team continued training directly on the football field. Preparations for the Odessa match are taking place at the club's base. Depending on the tasks of the training cycle, the team works in a one- or two-time training mode.

The main attention is paid to restoring physical condition, tactical preparation and direct analysis of the future opponent. The coaching staff gradually brings the team to optimal condition on the eve of the game. A separate emphasis is placed on tactical moments and work on components that should help Kryvbas achieve a positive result in Odessa.

The trip to Southern Palmyra is scheduled for the day before the match. Upon arrival, the team will have the opportunity to rest and carry out the last organizational activities before the game. The team continues training and is determined to approach Sunday's meeting as qualitatively as possible.
