Marios Alexandrice: New Experts will help Fa "Kryvbas" Even rapidly grow and progress
Director FA Kryvbas Marios Alexandrice presented his new assistant team ^ 1^ and shared his expectations from working together.
- Marios, n Red your team. Who will help you implement plans and develop our academy?
- Yes, finally, we can introduce our team. We are glad to anyone who joined the Academy Kryvbas. New experts will help us to grow and progress more rapidly. Dimitris Tzuuvaras is a new manager in methodology. It will be responsible for the training methodology in all groups, to monitor training, to communicate and to teach coaches.
Efstatios Leftakis - Head of the goalkeeper FA Kryvbas. Its duties include the creation of methodology and the development of goalkeepers. Well, he will control, implement all work processes of his department and help the Scout department to find new goalkeeper in our Academy.
Georgios Pantelidis - Head of Physical Training. An ambitious specialist who will introduce a new European vision in the processes of fitness, physical fitness and injury. It will be responsible for creating sports programs and methodology for all age categories.
Sergey Zhitsky is a new technical director. It is very important to have a Ukrainian team who can tell you in certain issues, explain the processes and understand the Ukrainian mentality. It is responsible for the technical part of the work. Each of them is important for our further development strategy and projects. So we are proud that they are now part of our Academy Kryvbas.
- Why did you invite these specialists to your team?
is a great question. It is not easy to invite people to come to Ukraine. It is these people who have the same with the club of vision and ambition. These specialists believe in this project and its successful future. In addition, it will be easier and faster to build the Academy's way with people with whom we do not have a language barrier. I trust these specialists, they rightfully hold their positions. I believe that with this team we will succeed and realize all goals.
- What are your tasks before new specialists?
- To begin with, specialists should adapt to a new place of work and club. In football, this process needs acceleration, because now the middle of the season. In our football hierarchy, we will start with the youngest pets to get up higher step by step. Each of the new specialists has its own department, which they will develop, because they have good experience in European football academies. They came here not just to perform the tasks, but to raise the academy Kryvbas to a higher level.
