Marios Alexandrice: I am sure that Dermishyan and Debelko will become an important part of the project "Kryvbas"

Director of Kryvyi Rih Fa Kryvbas Marios Alexandris commented on the signing of new U-17 coaches.

- We are glad to present two new specialists who joined our football family. We are genuinely glad that our team is growing and exacerbated by talented and motivated specialists. Vahram Dermishyan  is a new senior coach of the U -17 group. He came to us from Armenia and will hold another important position - the head of the methodological department of the Academy. Wagram will combine two key roles: senior coach of the U-17 group and methodology leader, which is extremely important for our club.

Roman Debelko - Assistant Senior Coach U -17. Roman is already well known to Ukrainian fans, the club Kryvbas and the whole Kryvyi Rih. He is a specialist with rich game experience. We wanted the novel, as a former professional football player, to be closer to young players, became an example for them and conveyed their experience - including how to deal with psychological pressure. The U-17 group is only two steps from the first team, so we believe that the novel will become the element that we were lacking. Now next to the young Academy players will be a person who has gone this path and has succeeded.

We have already worked with Vagram together at the Armenian Pyunik, where he headed the analytical department. Our cooperation was truly fruitful - it helped me in many club life issues. Even then, I saw in it a professional with great potential. It is such people who want to see near us. I am sure that Vagram will have a successful football future and will become an important part of the project Kryvbas.

We always strive for the first team to be as close as possible to the academy - this is our priority. In this context, Roman Debelko is a real bridge between the youth and the main team, because he played for Kryvbas. Now he has a new stage - working with the Academy players and we want him to become an example for them.

His dedication, professionalism, motivation and experience of playing UPL will help young players understand what real football is. The U -17 group is on the verge of professional sports, which is why Roman Debelko will be an integral part of our coaching staff. A person who will help to grow the future of our club. We are proud of this and very glad that the novel is now with us.
