#Nakava: FC leadership "Kryvbas" met with fans. Frankly answers. Part 1

On the new FC fuel partner Kryvbas, RLS, an exclusive long-awaited meeting of #stand red and white fans with the club management. The event gathered a large number of team supporters who were able to personally communicate with the club management, ask topical questions and share their thoughts.

More than two hours CEO Kryvbas Bayenko and Vice president Artem Gagarin answered online and offline: summed up last season, thanked the fans for their constant support, outlined the main areas of development of the club for the near future. In particular, they talked about transfer policies, personnel changes and goals for the upcoming season.

RLS treated all the fans of the team with fragrant coffee. The meeting was held in a warm and constructive atmosphere, and its main result was a mutual confidence in a joint desire to make FC Kryvbas even stronger and closer to its fans. We appreciate your support. Kryvbas is we !

- I want to tell you why the idea of this meeting arose. A lot of information is disseminated in the information space regarding Kryvbas in the and future club. And mostly this information is insider. I always emphasized: friends, if we talk about a football club Kryvbas, then you can find out the truth only from the club itself. Not from insiders, not from bloggers, not from the average fans and not their chat at WhatsApp. And only through official resources. Because we are a great responsibility. The rumors are many. The gossip is even more. We are ready to answer everything. But trust only official sources, not insiders.

fan: - I want to ask if the Sosa, Tick, Vakulko's team, Vakulko will leave this summer?

- About Daniel Sosa: we wanted to continue the contract with him, in the winter we were offered it. There was even a proposal for sale, but we didn't accept it. Daniel filed a contract as a professional, but already in the winter signed an agreement with another club. And we could not compete financially with that proposal. Concerning Tick and Vaklka. The boys have been with us since the beginning of our premiere speeches, but it was time for change. Especially about Andrew - he is already a age player who spent a lot of time in the team.

last year he was the main football player, and this season did not play so many matches because he played Volodymyr Makhankov. We have a lot of talented goalkeeper at the Academy, and we must move exactly the strategy that we see the right direction of development. If we close the door for young players, then the football players of our Academy, who have more than a thousand, will not receive their chance. Namely, the football players of the Academy are our future, which will be obtained for the football club Kryvbas not only bronze medals, but as we all believe, and gold.

fan: - please list all the players who leave the command in the summer.

Volodymyr Bayenko:

- See: Andriy Klyshchuk, Daniel Sosa, Andriy Ponmedic, Maxim Lunov, Dmitry Khomchenovsky, Yuri Vakulko, Volodymyr Yakimets. Total seven players. All of them complete the contracts. Yuri Nikolaevich spoke about eight, but he was a little mistaken. I now called you all. About Volodymyr and Yakimts. Look, the guy had a serious injury and he couldn't continue to play.

But the football club Kryvbas has fulfilled all its obligations to the end. We treated it for a very long time. And only when many doctors confirmed that the recovery was impossible, he remained in our team until the contract was completed. And here: seven players are completing a contract on June 30, and it was decided not to continue them.

Fan: - Is Denis Kuzik?

Volodymyr Bayenko:

- Yes, Denis Kuzik has another year of contract. We have already started negotiations in the winter to continue it. We are now returning to this issue, because then there were certain circumstances that influenced the process. You see, there were many nuances that affect the contract prolongation. In particular, it was important to understand who would be the head coach. If the coach changes, the question arises as to whether this footballer is suitable. I understand that many fans like Denis. He likes both we and the club management. Therefore, we will do our best to continue the contract with him.

Fan: - And what are the plans for next year? What are plans for the upcoming season?

Volodymyr Bayenko:

- See, the plans for the next season remain unchanged. There is a large meta to become champions. But there are several ways to achieve this goal. One of them was elected President of the club Konstantin Karamanic, as well as supported by management. I want to tell you: if we have such a good family atmosphere, I want to share my experience as, in my opinion, clubs become champions.

There are two ways. In our example, it is Dynamo and Shakhtar. For the last 30 years, these two clubs have been competing for the championship. What distinguishes them? One club always works with youth. This is Dynamo Kyiv. We all know that and it works. Another example is Shakhtar, which made large investments in the club and many legionnaires attracted, especially in the early 2000s. There are many such examples in Europe. After playing with Victoria Plzen, there are times when you understand: players needed to be given to the emblem more than for money.

I do not want to offend anyone among the players - in any case. But a football player who has passed from Kryvbas for more than three years, which is a pupil of the Academy, who understands what is Kryvyi Rih, what is Kryvbas, who hears Kryvbas for seven years Kryvbas for seven years ... And this is one of the ways of achieving a big dream: their pets who will give everything for the emblem, for the city, for the club. And above all they will do it because they want to succeed with the football club.

Our goals, plans and tasks are the same. We will always fight for the championship. But what steps and for what time - it already decides the club management. After different times, there are good and sophisticated moments: when there are big finances, when you can dispose of the club's resources when the city is stable.

However, we do not leave our city, we invite quality legionnaires here, and we work and play here. I wanted to add that a football club Kryvbas is not just the players who play in UPL. The football club Kryvbas is 362 workers, more than a thousand children. This does not mean that the whole team will play U-19. No. We already had three players from U-19: Mulik, Kamensky and Shevchenko. There is still Butenko, who also played. If someone else manifests themselves from U-19 at the meeting, then they will also be attached to the game as a basis.

is Nazar Popov, who was leased in Ingulka for six months. We still have a mulyk. And gradually, step by step, we will increase the number of young players, but it will not be the way in other teams, when they just take and bring everyone from U-19. No. We have a backbone of the team, we have legionnaires. We will add both new transfers as well as players with U-19 because they should get their chance.

Artem Gagarin:

- I would not say U-19 so that there was no panic that happened, and young players who have been training, debut, go on the field and play. That is, these youth - we are talking about it. And by the way, to close the topic with the players coming from the team, just to understand the rise of statistics: how many percentages of the players who leave our team played this calendar year, this season UPL

Volodymyr Bayenko:

- See, from those players who leave the team, 55% of the game time was spent by Yuri Vakulko, 35% - Maxim Lunov, 17% - Dmitry Khomchenovsky. Leaders among all are Andrey Klyshchuk, who spent 80% of the game time, and Andrei Ponedelnik - 60%. That is, you understand, it is not the constant players of the basic composition. It is dry statistics that shows that we are taking steps that have long been analyzed and compared to other players. Therefore, the club is working on it. And to understand, it is not just because someone wanted something or someone does not suit something. There is an analytical department that provides us with information, as well as the medical department. I do not want to go into details because it is more confidential information, but you heard yourself - this is not 100% players of the main composition.

Artem Gagarin:

- well, some players, for example, have competition in their positions. This is, in particular, Andrei Ponvedelnik. There are also Yurchitz and Bandera, which are present in this position. On Andriy Klyshchuk, as Volodymyr Volodymyr Awvich said: we still have Mahankov, there is Homa. And, indeed, we have cool, talented guys at the Academy.

Volodymyr Bayenko:

- and so, I still wanted to add a little about young players. We want to make young players from Kryvyi Rih come to our Academy and understand, looking at Kamensky and Shevchenko that they will also play. They all have a chance. And this is the most important idea. Because this idea makes sports and club accessible to everyone. And that is why every young football player, who comes 6 years old to Fa Kryvbas, should be equal to these young football players who have passed the Academy and are now playing in the first team. Here's the main idea.

fan: - Yuri Nikolaevich did not want to work in a new project?

Artem Gagarin:

- First, I want to point out that the club very much wanted Yuri Nikolaevich. I do not want to call it a project, because the project is something artificially created. And here, in fact, thanks to Yuri Nikolaevich, in particular, a large team, which was mentioned Volodymyr Bayenko, we created a real team. We really wanted Yuri Nikolaevich to stay. There were proposals, and repeated, on the extension of the contract. But then another decision was made, which he voiced - you heard it. From himself and from all members of a large red and white family Kryvbas I want to thank him for these three years. He returned the bronze to our city, brought many bright, kyphoh emotions. For that he is a great gratitude.

Volodymyr Bayenko:

- I will add a little from T Points vision of philosophy and club construction. If you mention, three years ago, when the Ukrainian Championship was restored, no one understood how we would play. In June of that year, we had only six players on the contract and Yuri Nikolaevich. No one will mention those times: many matches without goals, only four Points, the first goal in the 5th round - Hoblenko with a penalty. But it was thanks to Yuri Vernydub, who put his shoulder, that the team was able to climb up. For this he is great respect and respect.

We have already gained European experience, set up work at the Academy, and we have a strong composition. Legionnaires appeared: remember the first year when Ivan Dibango arrived. No one now may remember how it was, but believe me - it was a lot of fun. Today we already have not just a team on the field, but also a strong team outside the field. These are the medical headquarters, the rehabilitologists, the analytical department, the Scout team, the administration, and the technical staff.

And it is this team that remains now, it will work on. But because Yuri Nikolaevich raised his name Kryvbas, which again sounded in Ukrainian football - he is a huge gratitude. And not only in Ukrainian but also in European football everyone mentioned that such a club exists. Because when I was traveling to Europe for my first football conference, no one understood at all what country is our club. And now everyone knows where we are working, what team, many interesting players. And this is a marker, this is the result of Yuri Nikolaevich's work.

But each club moves on. As once from Barcelona, Pep Guardiol, or Real Madrid - Carlo Acholotti, went out of Barcelona. This is a normal practice, there is nothing wrong. You look - all big clubs change coaches. So sometimes it happens that the trainer loses motivation.

Artem Gagarin:

- I would like to add. There was such a question, quite detailed, in the chat. And just Volodymyr Awich touched the subject of legionnaires. I remember when the first legionary - Dibango came to us. And I remember well how some UPL clubs said that in the current environment it is simply impossible - to invite legionnaires. But then foreigners came to us, and these clubs continued to say: it is impossible. However, we did it. And this is another proof that if there is a clear vision, a strategy and a team that works for a result, then it is possible.

- Fan: - Will someone be responsible in the club for a complete failure in transfer policy in the last year?

Artem Gagarin:

- there were such thoughts somewhere in the media that there were no suggestions, there were no players, they say, in the winter we sold a lot, and few people took. So let's just let's talk about this winter about this topic.

Volodymyr Bayenko:

- Well, this winter we lost ... more precisely, we made money. We sold Alexander Drarambayev, who joined us in the summer, and in six months we have already sold it. They also sold Jihad Biziman. And Jean went from us. As for Jean, the situation is difficult - we have been treating it for a long time, and probably it would not progress as a player. He was not enough for all 90 minutes - it was obvious, and it's no secret. We started looking for a replacement for his position and signed by Menodosa Glauker - it was a positional replacement.

there was also a question on Vilivald. We wanted to rent it so that he played more, but Yuri Nikolaevich decided to leave him. We have three central defenders, and we began to play the Pontelnik, realizing that Jan Yurchets would join us - and he really came. We also signed Michane Gonzalez, a young player in the field center, and even more. The latter in the position of Bizimana is a younger, faster, best player. Yuri Nikolaevich said that he was much stronger than Biziman. That is, we lost three and signed four. This is about transfer policy.

About Oleg Kozhushka - we wanted to leave it because we had only two forwards. But Oleg himself appealed at the end of the transfer window to the coach asking him to be released. The trainer replied that he did not let him go but at that moment we were no longer able to find him a replacement.

If you ask, I will tell you honestly - I didn't plan it. We had a proposal to sell the Kozhushka, but we refused. However, then he went to that club for free because the head coach decided. Probably, if the proposal for Shevchenko, Kamensky or Vilivalda came now, I think we would not sell them for any money because we see in them great potential and importance for the team.

fan: - Kryvbas now looking for a new head coach?

Artem Gagarin:

- Yes, we are looking for a new head coach. This is clear. You know, now you can just take a list of free coaches and start saying that Kryvbas is negotiating, with that, with that, with that. Sometimes different bloggers, editions, media are used to tell you Kryvbas in that there is such a trainer that you can take, invite you. Do you understand? This is sometimes done. You read - and you believe everything.  Now they talk about Mourinho that he is free, about Jurgen Klopp. But in the media there will be a cool title: Kryvbas views Klopp, you know?

Fan: - A new coach is a coach who has experience with youth? Again, given that we will now be more youth to the main team, is it not a priority when choosing a major?

Volodymyr Bayenko:

- criteria for choosing a head coach- many of them, because we already have experience in UPL. These criteria come from the experience we have gained from the experience of the European Cups and the Championship. If you remember, we were scored by a player for 16-17 years from Victoria Plzen. We may also need to release Kamensky, and he would also score. There are a lot of criteria for criteria. First, it is a foreign language knowledge because a lot determines communication between players.

secondly - working with young players. Necessarily. If you do not understand how to build a young football player and adapt it, it will be very difficult, and we are unlikely to run the risk of taking the coach without such experience. Now we are in such a position that we can choose, because Kryvbas is a name. Many coaches want to work in Kryvbas and, but we set them the conditions we want to see, and whether they will accept them - depends on them. Indeed, there are many criteria, but one of the key is working with young players. We have made a large short-leaf with a detailed description of each coach: their strengths and weaknesses.

That is not just a list of names on a leaflet and a guess. We have come to the choice as seriously as in the selection of players using statistics and analytics.

Artem Gagarin:

- when choosing a coach is very important to combine all criteria. Because you can find a specialist who works well with young people, but at the same time he may not find the right contact or respect among more experienced players and legionnaires. That is why we are looking for a trainer who can combine all these qualities comprehensively.

So I want to emphasize that the main thing is that it was in the complex. And I want to add that, I hope, our club will be able to find a trainer who will not only help the team, but will also be as open as possible with our fans, showing them what is happening inside the club. It is always interesting for each of you.

fan: - Good afternoon. I want to drive from afar. We had many media projects, including a football player, castings and more. I would like to know about a modern media strategy. Is the media plan? Is our team planned in the medialist and which can we see interest in the media space for this season?

Artem Gagarin:

- I want to say that now not only the search for the head coach is ongoing. Our mediaidil needs some specialists and, in particular, we are in need of a videographer. A person who can shoot is installed, just in order to give even more, because we do not have time. In addition, what is happening around us very much limits us. Much want to do. But exactly there are two more things I would like to say.

This is a presentation of a new form, new kits. It awaits you ahead. And each kit has its own interesting thing. They worked for a long time on a new form. Expect. It is also planned to issue a large book about the history of all Kryvyi Rih football. This is a printed Wikipedia of local football history.

Thanks to this book, which will be combined with one of the forms of our work - about history. We discussed this for a long time and previously determined an important date for Kryvyi Rih football. Now we will not call it so as not to open all the secrets, but it is the date from which the unification of Krivoy Rog Football has begun.

History of this Kryvbas U, which was restored in 2020 is, in fact, the Renamping of the Club Hirnyk. But it's not just renaming. We around the brand Kryvbas have a lot of people - not only from the city, but also outside it. Someone was returned to Kryvyi Rih, because by 2020 I did not live here for 14 years. Now I spend so much time here that I do not know where more - in Kryvyi Rih or in Kiev. And all this is thanks to this story.

Many people we united have returned from different clubs. Someone worked in the same Kryvbas and someone in Hirnyk y. Some players started in Hirnyk in, then went to play other clubs and then returned to Kryvyi Rih. We were also joined by administrators who previously worked in Kryvbas and. Thus, different stories have united. That is why we chose this date. I don't know how all you dug, found and remembered to fit in one book, but I hope this book will be interesting to everyone.

Now it is very important for us to strengthen the team in the direction of video content to be able to regularly update the platforms and please fans in novelties. fan: - How does he feel like herself?

Volodymyr Bayenko:

- Ivan underwent surgery ten days ago. She took place in Finland, because it is there that a leading specialist in front -line operations - a doctor who cooperates with clubs such as Roma and Lazio. The timing of Ivan's return is approximately 4 to 6 months. He is currently undergoing rehab at home. Upon completion of this stage, he will join the team at the meeting abroad where he will work with our rehabilitators.

Ivan can return to the field somewhere in September. We all very much hope that thanks to a quick reaction and because they have chosen the best doctor, he will recover even better than before.

Fan: - About the hardhib. Is it possible to sell it now at the highest price, or does the club plan to leave it in the team?

Artem Gagarin:

- We have repeatedly said in an interview that the club is not afraid to sell players. This is normal, it is a sign of a healthy club. And in more detail, maybe say Volodymyr Volodymyr sheep…

Volodymyr Bayenko:

- About Yegor Tverdohlib. We do not plan to sell it, but there is a clause in the contract. If a club activates this clause, we will not be able to do anything. It was one of the conditions of its signing, and it is normal. And now he shows a very good game. We hope that it will continue.

Football Club Kryvbas does not plan to sell it - it's 100%. There is only one option - if the other club activates Clausula, and that's it. And for other football players, there is a price that, if the club suits, there are already over one million. I repeat, we do not see any obstacles that if the club can make - the club should move on. We are actually trying to seek replacement for the player I am counting on. So now we understand the priority goals of our team and other clubs, and we are looking for a replacement, as there may be an attractive offer that we will not be able to give up.

fan: - What are the priority positions, what does the Scout -Analytical Department work on? Maybe there are any teasers, insides?

Volodymyr Bayenko:

- I will repeat again: we work even when the transfer window closes or opens. We are looking for players in all positions. For example, we had two right nominal defenders: a ponteller and Bandera. But we took Yurchitz because we realized that the Pontellennik would play at the defense center. And ... for understanding: now a priority target is the central defender. For the period of rehabilitation of dibango, we also consider the lease option, so to speak, to insiders.

We want to further increase competition in the center of the field. It's okay. Probably the best we have closed flanks, and now we are looking for a forward. In the winter, we looked at this option hard, so I will say a little. It was very unpleasant and upset that we had a very good attacker, and he wanted to come, but I repeat again: having resources and Oleg Kozhushka at that time, we did not take it.

Now we will return to this variant, because at the time when we did not take it, he had killed 15 goals, and since then - 7 more. We have been watching him and this performer remained a priority goal for us. But I want to emphasize again: if you have two middle -aged players, you need to leave a room for the young. Now we do not have middle -aged players in the attack, but there are young people, so we want to take an experienced but not super -experienced forward. This is one of the priority goals for this transfer window.
