The club's cooperation was of a sponsorship nature and was carried out within the framework of the concluded agreement. Today, such cooperation has been terminated.

FC Kryvbas was not involved in economic, financial or operational activities related to the relevant brand and did not have the opportunity to influence the activities of third parties.

The decision to cooperate was made on the basis of information available to the club at the time of concluding the agreement.

The club is understanding of information about possible violations of citizens' rights and considers it important for the competent authorities to establish all circumstances.

At the same time, FC Kryvbas does not have the authority to assess the activities of third parties and refrains from commenting on circumstances that are not within the competence of the club.
