Official statement of FC "Kryvbas"

"Kryvbas" Football Club has been an initiator of changes for the first time on the way to improving the refereeing of football matches and the openness of the UAF Referee Committee. A little more than a year ago, at a meeting with the former chairman of the Committee, our Club proposed seven steps on the way to change. With the arrival of a new team led by the head of the judicial corps, Kateryna Monzul, many such expected changes have already taken place, some of our proposals have been implemented, which also brought positive changes. 

For their part, the clubs of the Ukrainian Premier League go to the meeting of the Committee of Referees of the UAF. It was on the initiative of the presidents of the UPL football teams that the arbitration fee was increased and the referees were rewarded based on the results of the previous season. Unfortunately, recently, in some issues, the Committee of Arbitrators has again returned to the past mechanisms of work, and openness is insufficient and does not have a systemic nature.  

Therefore, FC "Kryvbas" supports the demand of FC "Polyssia" Zhytomyr and NK "Veres" Rivne to hold a meeting of representatives of clubs of the Ukrainian Premier League with the head of the Committee of Referees of the UAF Kateryna Monzul and the consultant on arbitration of the UAF Nikolay Rizzoli for a direct and open dialogue regarding the quality of refereeing of football matches. matches and openness of the Committee. Separately, I would like to invite representatives of the PFL, as well as the leadership of the Ukrainian Football Association, to the meeting. Only together we can change Ukrainian football for the better.
