Oleh Chaika - director of FA "Kryvbas"

Oleh Chaika has been appointed director of the Kryvyi Rih Football Academy "Kryvbas".

The 60-year-old specialist returns to our Academy, which he already headed from 2021 to 2024. As director, he will be responsible for the further development of the system for training young football players, coordinating the work of all its links and implementing strategic development directions.

"I am glad to return to the Kryvbas Academy. There is a lot of work ahead, but we understand our tasks and goals well. The main thing for us is to create conditions for the development of each student and prepare young football players for the transition to a higher level. Our principles remain unchanged - the development of players for the future of "Kryvbas", - commented Oleh Mykolayovych.

Oleh Chaika was born on October 30, 1965. At the professional level, he played as a football player (role: midfielder, striker) from 1983 to 2003. He played for Kryvbas from 1983 to 1984 and from 1987 to 1988 - a total of 42 matches, 2 goals. He also defended the colors of the Polish Hutnik Warsaw, Temp Shepetivka. He also managed to play abroad: Al-Ahli Lebanon (1993-1995).
