Oleksandr Shovkovskyi: They perfectly understood the strengths of "Kryvbas"

Head coach of Dynamo Kyiv Oleksandr Shovkovskyi commented on the home victory over Kryvyi Rih Kryvbas - 4:0 in the 10th round of the UPL.

- First of all, after the game, I thanked the team for the mood that was, and should always be, when we go out on the field. It was not easy for us, we were only able to rest properly today. After the match with Samsunspor, we had a flight, then we traveled by train, and only today the players spent the night in a normal state.

Recovery is as integral a part of preparation for any game as functional state. We understood perfectly what strengths Kryvbas has, prepared for this game, had individual conversations with the players. Of course, it is always nice to win. The mood in the locker room is completely different now than it was after the previous games.

We are constantly working on improving our actions: when organizing attacks, coming out of defense, in finishing. Sometimes something works, sometimes not. In all the matches we have played so far, there were many more chances than we managed to realize. And today we also had opportunities to score more, but at the same time the realization was much better.

We constantly want every player on our team to be the best version of himself. This does not always work out, for various reasons, due to various circumstances. But we always work on it and always try to convey to the players what modern football and the coaching staff require of them.
