Oleksii Tovarnytskyi: Adaptation is going well. Kryvbas has everything needed for development

Oleksii Tovarnytskyi, a defender and new signing for Kryvbas Kryvyi Rih, spoke about preparations for the UPL Matchday 8 away game against Obolon Kyiv and his adaptation to the team.

- Oleksii, how is your adaptation to the new squad going?

- Quite well. The guys are helping me out, especially Denys Pidhurskyi, who was with me at my previous club. Everything is in place here for development and playing football.

- How would you rate the recent friendly match against Shakhtar, in which you made your debut for the "Red-and-Whites"?

- It was a good and useful friendly for us in terms of match practice. They are a tough opponent that plays in the Champions League. We created plenty of scoring chances. It’s a shame we didn't score, but we’re keeping at it.

- Are you ready to take the field in an official match, and what do you expect from the game against Obolon?

- If the coach tells me to play, I’m always ready to step up. Obolon is a good team that tends to play a defensive style. I think it will be an interesting match for both teams and the fans.
