Oleksii Tovarnytskyi is a new signing for FC Kryvbas

Defender Oleksii Tovarnytskyi has become the latest addition to the "Red-and-Whites." A contract running until the end of the 2027/2028 season has been signed with the versatile 22-year-old defender.

Oleksii Tovarnytskyi was born on July 30, 2004, in the village of Tershiv, Lviv region. Citizenship: Ukraine. Height: 184 cm; weight: 75 kg. Positions: central defender, right-back. Preferred foot: right. Previous club: Ruh Lviv. Squad number at Kryvbas: 2.

Tovarnytskyi began his football journey within the FC Karpaty Lviv system (starting in 2013). In 2020, he moved to FC Ruh Lviv, where he played for the U-17 team. During the 2022/2023 season, he won the Ukrainian junior championship with the Rukh U-19 squad. He made his Ukrainian Premier League (UPL) debut on August 30, 2024.

Player career:

Ruh-2 Lviv (2023–2025) – 37 matches/1 goal; Ruh U-19 Lviv (2022–2023) – 3 matches; Ruh Lviv (2024–2026) – 13 matches.

Last season (2025/2026), he played 11 matches for the Lviv side in the UPL.
