Parafan Club Kryvbas is officially presented

Parafan Club is an association of fans of FC "Kryvbas" and other representatives of football to achieve the goals of equality, protection of human rights and introduction of inclusion in the stadium and beyond. Parafan Club is the adaptation and socialization of people with disabilities, as well as our war veterans. Parafan Club Kryvbas is us!

"Today is a special event for the Kryvbas Football Club." We present our Parafan Club. This is our first step to first create a barrier-free area for our new fans - people with disabilities here at the Hirnyk stadium. And then, we hope, our example will be useful to people in different parts of Kryvyi Rih, and all of Ukraine", - stressed the vice president of FC Kryvbas Artem Gagarin.

The representatives of the NGO "Movement Without Borders" headed by the chairman, active public figure Yuriy Ponkin visited the stadium for the game "Kryvbas" - "Vorskla". This is not the first visit of fans with disabilities to the red-white match, but the first in official status. From now on, Parafan Club Kryvbas has its own seats at the stadium, club members have barrier-free access to all locations of the stadium, and each of the guests received branded Parafan T-shirts from the hands of our football players: Andrii Klischuk and Volodymyr Vilivald.

"At the initiative of FC Kryvbas, the non-governmental organization "Movement Without Borders" is present at the match. Thanks to the Club, we have a great opportunity to support and cheer for our boys. We are very happy and grateful to "Kryvbas" for this initiative, which I, as the head of "Movement without Borders", and other members of the organization have unquestionably supported", - emphasized the head of the NGO "Movement without Borders" Yuri Ponkin.

This match was attended in a special status by Vladyslav Mykytyuk - a student of Kryvbas-1 Junior High School No. 84, who received a serious injury two months ago and is currently undergoing treatment and recovery. From now on, Vladyslav heads the Parafan Club. Also, at the start of the game, the boy went to the field for the first symbolic introduction of the ball in a new wheelchair, which FC Kryvbas bought for him on the eve of the game. It is very symbolic that Vladyslav was also assisted in this ceremony by a pupil of the State Secondary School No. 1 "Kryvbas-84" - Danylo Beskorovainy.

"This is not how I imagined my first appearance on the field in a UPL match, but there is still a long way to go. Now I am full of emotions, I am grateful to the Club for its support and I want to be useful," the future football player shared Vladyslav Mykytyuk.

Unfortunately, we live in such a time when more and more people with disabilities are growing every day. The damn war is to blame for everything. That is why we are actively starting to raise urgent issues of inclusion, barrier-free, socialization, accessibility of services for people with disabilities and other low-mobility categories of the population. We are sure that the Parafan Club will only flourish, help and unite the fans of the red and white team. We invite everyone to join.
