The head coach of Kryvyi Rih "Kryvbas" Patrick van Leeuwen commented on the away match of the 7th round of the UPL against "LNZ" Cherkasy - 0:0.

- I think we did not show our best football, which we are capable of. But the team was organized. The guys acted very disciplined. Perhaps I could have brought a little more energy to the attacking actions. We had moments. I think they simply stole points from us.

There was an absolutely "clean" goal, which was not credited to us. The referees should analyze their work. This is unacceptable: in the first half, I think we earned two penalties, and they did not even check VAR. And when we scored a "clean" goal, they suddenly decided to check VAR. It looks unfair.

- What do you think of today's result of the game?

- We should have won. We scored a "clean" goal, which was canceled for no reason. This is the moment I am unhappy with the result. But I cannot blame my players. They worked hard, were disciplined, fought for every opportunity to score. But we did not get what we deserved - a victory. In this regard, I am disappointed.

- Usually, Kryvbas scores a lot and concedes a lot. Today we did not score or concede. Are you satisfied with the actions of your players?

- The team is well done. Yes, we did not score, but we did not concede either. In general, we did not allow the opponent to create much near our goal.

- In the first half, Kryvbas was more active in attack, unlike the second. Why did they not try to change something after the break?

- I do not agree with you that we were unconstructive in attack. The opponent started playing with long passes and imposed a fight in the middle of the field. I believed in the team, I did not make many substitutions.

- Tverdokhlib plays almost as a defensive midfielder. Where do you see his position in the future?

- Yehor's main position on the field is an attacking midfielder. But we watch how this or that opponent plays, so he can play in other positions, helping the defense.
