Rules of behavior of fans at the "Hirnyk" stadium when attending "Kryvbas" matches

To the fans' attention! We publish the rules of behavior at the Hirnyk stadium when attending home matches of Kryvyi Rih Kryvbas in the championship and Cup of Ukraine.

1. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the rules of conduct at the stadium and undertake to comply with them.

2. Entry to the stadium is allowed one hour before the start of the match. It is not allowed to occupy a seat other than what is indicated on your ticket.

3. The barcode allows only one entry per scan. Do not share your ticket with others or post it on social media.

4. The purchased ticket cannot be returned or exchanged.

5. It is forbidden to copy and transfer copies of the electronic ticket to third parties.

6. The ticket must be printed or you must have it on your gadget in file format. Screenshots are not accepted.

7. Delay in the start or postponement of the date of holding (continuation) of the match is not a reason for returning the ticket. If a match that has already started is rescheduled due to an air alert to another day, all tickets remain valid.

8. In the event of an air raid, re-entry to the stadium takes place on the condition that the ticket is presented again.

9. The match organizer is not responsible for counterfeit tickets, claims regarding counterfeit tickets are not considered.

10. Visitors who violate the established procedure and do not comply with the requirements of officials will be forced to leave the event without refund of the ticket price.

11. Spectators are prohibited from bringing drinks in any packaging (glass and plastic bottles, thermoses, etc.) into the stadium. Spectators with alcoholic beverages or in a state of alcoholic intoxication are not allowed to enter the stadium.

12. Spectators are prohibited from bringing weapons of any kind, flammable, explosive (including pyrotechnic mixtures), flammable, poisonous, toxic substances and those that cause poisoning, with a pungent smell, piercing, crushing, cutting products, gas balloons

13. During the period of martial law, all preferential categories lose the right to free entry. Children of all age categories can attend the stadium only if they have a ticket.

14. Entry to the stadium of unorganized groups of fans with the symbols of another club is prohibited. FC "Kryvbas" reserves the right to deny admission to the fans of the rival team to the game in order to avoid conflict situations.

15. Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, is prohibited in the stadium.

16. In the event of an air alert, the match will be suspended, and all fans must immediately leave the stadium and take shelter. Follow the instructions of security personnel. Keep calm and don't panic.

17. In case of problems with tickets or in any other problematic situation, contact the representative of the match organizers who is located in front of the entrance to the stadium.

18. Chanting insults towards match officials, running onto the field, profanity and aggressive or inappropriate behavior can be grounds for removing such fans from the stands. Repeated cases may lead to a complete ban on visiting the Hirnyk Stadium.
