- The team held its first training session after the vacation. Share your first impressions, in what form did the guys return?

- In general, it is clear that the players worked at home. Of course, we would like it to be a little better, but nothing. Today is the first training session, some after the road, so everything is fine. We have time, we will fix it.

- You have just led the team. How much did you look forward to this first meeting on the field and getting to know the team?

- To be honest, we were looking forward to the first training session to get to know the players, to see how they prepared during the vacation. Overall, the impression is positive, we continue to work.

- What are the main tasks and goals you set for your players for this season? What is a priority for you as a coach in working with youth?

- The most important thing is that they become better every day, that they develop, grow, that they want this, strive for development and get into the first team.

- What message would you like to convey to the players and fans at the start of your work?

- I would like to say that our football players should always believe in themselves, never give up, never stop at what they have achieved, because everything in life is possible if you believe in it and work for it. And the fans should support us regardless of the result, and we, for our part, will try to please them in every match.
