Vahram Dermishyan: "Kryvbas" Interested in the progressive vision and club development strategy
- Vagram, tell me when they received a proposal from FA Kryvbas?
- I received an offer from Kryvbas a week ago and, for a long time, I immediately accepted it. I was particularly interested in the progressive vision and club's strategy to develop young players. I see the serious steps that the club takes to achieve this goal.
- Where did you work up to Kryvbas u?
- I worked in Armenian clubs. In FC Noa - as a coach, in FC Punic - a trainer and head of the analytical department, and in FC Saradapat - an assistant of technical director and coordinator.
- What did you know about Ukrainian football before the transition?
- you have a very strong national team, as well as many good professional and youth teams. I learned about football in Kryvyi Rih when Kryvbas became a bronze medalist two seasons ago and succeeded in Europe. He was more interested in the club when Marios Alexandris, former Director of the Pyunik Academy, moved here - we worked together in Armenia.
- What will you respond to FA Kryvbas?
- in Kryvbas and I will hold the position of the head of the methodology, and I will be the senior coach of the U-17 team. As the leader of the methodology, I will plan the training process and the development of methodological materials. As a senior U-17 coach will work on the individual development of players and preparation for big football.

- Kryvbas has all the conditions for ensuring quality development and professional growth of young players, and I especially like that the club is not in place. I am sure that in the near future we will achieve great success.
