Volodymyr Baienko: We created the right atmosphere so that the football players in our team become even stronger

About the goals in the championship at the end of the season

- First of all, I want to say that as long as we have mathematical chances to lose the European Cup, we will fight for them. And according to our plans, we will begin the season to rejuvenate our warehouse. Along with others in the UPL for the age of the team, they are one of the youngest. And we will continue to work, and we will recruit even more Academy students before the matches. Let us not reduce the value of our game, because at the same time we are seeing a lot of newcomers from other countries. Our selection service is working hard. Therefore, during this period of the championship, we have only one maximum task - to win the match to the advantage, to please our patients, because we ourselves play football.

About Birthday of FC “Kryvbas” - 67 days

- So, in the beginning it’s so holy - it’s even more accepted. We will continue to focus on the history of the club and the future of the new history. Every time we talk about it with our young football players, with every gravel. If we don’t respect history, there will be no great future. We will be in the future, at the same time respecting history. I honor all the patients of “Kryvbas” with this saint.

About the club's transfer strategy

- We turn the cutaneous transfer window to one and the same. There are a lot of tangled clubs in our graves. They effectively evoke great interest. We are really pleased that Kryvbas is showing off football. We created the right atmosphere, definitely the right speeches so that the boys in our team would become even better. This is the work of the whole club: not only the breeding department, but the work of coaches, staff, and cooks. Then all people strive for one result.

What is going on in the near future, as soon as there will be a proposal that the president of the club, the coach, is in power - we have always declared that we will not encourage a football player to move to another club, as there is no power in FC "Kryvbas", as there is no power in itself Vikonavian. Every transfer is always reliable: as we sign football players, so we sell them. Philosophy and strategy, as voiced by the president, is the basis for business in the club; the club is a business project, to put it correctly.

Therefore, we will always open ourselves to any propositions. Since they will effectively coincide with this, as we evaluate the Gravians, I respect that these transfers can occur. For our players: when will the contract end, when will it be continued. Therefore, if there is a substantive interest, then we will discuss it. Ale “Krivbas” is always open to any propositions.

About the sickness of legionnaires

- At Kryvbas, the coach has full control over the players of the first team. We'll get in touch with him. If any additional assistance or nutrition is required, then it is generally accepted that they are not. Well, you know, we believe in this idea that the head coach is the one who senses the atmosphere in the pressure room as much as possible, and therefore can independently take action to control the situation. And if you need help, then it’s okay to turn everything on and start working at once. If you just wanted to take it, then we don’t have many such situations. And there is no good or bad policeman in us, we are trying to overcome everything at once.

About a bit about the club’s obscurity

- I don’t want to comment a bit and there’s no sense. I want to emphasize that the football club “Kryvbas” has paid 90 million hryvnia in taxes for 2025. Football club "Kryvbas" - not only football, but also 640 citizens. We work within the framework of the legislation of Ukraine. The football club “Kryvbas” will be closed, because there are no shortage of patients. Whether any kind of speculation or information that does not reflect the effectiveness or production in order to harm Kryvbas, they still do not have any impact on the livelihood of our football club.

The club is in existence and will continue to be in existence. There is no hesitation in front of the police officers. We are working hard, we will develop. We will develop our infrastructure. In our plant on this river there will be three new synthetic fields at Crooked Rose. Also repair two more synthetic floors. And now we are working on this so that we can still work on heating the fields at the Girnik stadium so that we can work without interruption in our minds. Therefore, I will once again point out that the football club “Kryvbas” is a reality. The bit about bankruptcy doesn't have anything to do with reality. We love our work, we are trying to quit it honestly: we pay taxes, we pay all salaries officially, and we quit our job.

About the reform of the Ukrainian judiciary

- The working group gathered on Friday. There was a Zoom meeting in us, we talked about the key nutrition, the lines of the creation of the company, how we will engage in arbitration. There are already clear terms for the creation of the organization that will serve as arbitration. On Monday - meet with representatives of the UAF, who will also join the work group. Here we have a crumbling boat, there is a clear plan of action, there is understanding. And the most important thing is complete support from the side of the UAF in this reform.

And since we save the daily life of all clubs with good food, I respect that we still have a great chance of reforming not only the Judicial Corps, but also the Judicial Committee. There is a lot of nutrition in us, there is a need to reform a lot of things: children’s football, arbitration, and even more nutrition, which also needs to be understood and improved upon in order for our football to be not only Ukraine, and abroad.

About the memory of the Tribune of Heroes

- At today’s match, in memory of the fallen ultras, all the money for winning tickets will be transferred to the “Tribune of Heroes”, thereby supporting the homelands of the fallen fans.
