Volodymyr Baienko: Young players are the future, the foundation of our club

CEO of Kryvyi Rih Kryvbas B Volodymyr Bayenko commented signing contracts with two young pupils FA Kryvbas.

- Together in communication with the senior coach U-19, the director of the Academy and the head coach of the team we have agreed that we need to sign contracts with young players - this is the philosophy of our Rubb, which we talked more than once. After all, they are our future, the foundation of our club. In the future, these football players will become the main players, the skeleton of the team that will fight for the highest places.

- What are the main challenges facing young players on the way to a professional level, and how does the club help you cope with them?

- calls will be very serious. They are already professional players from the moment of signing the contract, but they will make these challenges real stars. The players should work even more on themselves, develop their skills. Not only the coaching staff but also the football club Kryvbas will help them in this.

We will develop our infrastructure, create the best conditions for our young players to progress. This is the most important task set by the club president. We will do everything possible to accomplish these tasks.
