Volodymyr Bayenko: Prince's example is an opportunity for other players "Kryvbas in" proven yourself and get a chance in Europe

- Volodymyr Volodymyr Awvich recently, together with the club club, Eugene Chistyakov returned from a working business trip to the African continent. Tell us more in detail what was the purpose of your trip?

- recently returned from Nigeria. We were at the tournament that is held between the best academies of Abuja, it is the capital of Nigeria. This is a place where all the best academies go. There were 48 of them. In five days we saw more than a thousand football players. That is, in the morning and in the evening we watched games. Really very impressed. We needed to go there and see with our own eyes how it passes.

Because Kryvbas u have experience of good cooperation with African football players, with foreigners. And for the club it was a very important step to look at them at a young age. Because we already have some experience, we are now giving a chance to young African players. After the trip, we got into negotiations with some performers and are already engaged in visas. New young players from Nigeria will be in Kryvyi Rih in Kryvyi Rih.

- We have correctly realized that the African vector is currently being considered not only for the main team but also for FA Kryvbas?

- it is impossible to say that it is the African vector or Latin-American. This will not be very correct in relation to other players. I repeat, we have experience, there are contacts, there is a good atmosphere where the boys quickly adapt and show the result. Therefore, on our part is very logical: everything goes out and work in this direction further. We had the first steps with adult players. But everyone understands that an adult footballer already costs some money.

It is important for any club to raise your own pets and invite young promising football players. So yes, it's a new experience and an important step for us. I think we will see the results, probably a little later, because young players need more time to adapt. Now we are in negotiations with these players and, if everything is fine, then probably in the second part of the season we will see new faces in U-19.

- Chined Ichok and Uzoma Chizhoku, who recently joined Kryvbas in U-19 - was was it the first step in the development of a new vector of the Academy? What impressions do they personally make on you and how did the boys take in the team?

- We try to offset any language barriers because Kryvbas is a progressive team and one of the criteria requirements for all players is the knowledge of English. As for Ichok and Chudzhove, they adapt well and manifest themselves well. I hope in the future will show good results.

I would like to thank our coaches U-19: how they met newcomers and how they work with them. For our coaches, it is also a new experience. Coaches from U-19 are young coaches. It is also experience, it's their height, it is a team height, it is a club's height. So I will be repeated again and once again, we do not stop, we only move forward.
