Volodymyr Bayenko: Participating in the General Assembly of the EAC gave us a lot of useful information about the development of the Club

- Volodymyr Volodymyrovych, please tell us about the results of the participation of FC "Kryvbas" in the General Assembly of the European Association of Clubs.

- The trip was planned for a long time. While we are not currently permanent members of the association, we are only invited members of the association. We are working on becoming permanent. We also took part in the voting regarding the selection of one of the members of the association: where our Club and our Football Association of Ukraine are located. Took part in the elections, held several good meetings. In general, we received a lot of interesting information about the development of the Club and the development of European football.

- What advantages for FC "Kryvbas" can you note after participating in the Assembly?

- Now I don't want to guess about the future, but in the near future our fans will learn interesting news from our big red and white family. There is very good news, good contacts, there is a great demand and request from our employees regarding further development. We are working in this direction. And in this direction, only clubs of the European level, European championships can help us. Those who have extensive experience of participation in the Champions League, Europa League, Conference League. We must gain this experience, because we do not have that much experience yet. But we do not stop and will work in this direction.

- Which Ukrainian clubs, apart from FC Kryvbas, were present at the General Assembly?

- We had a very fruitful time with the management of Shakhtar and Dynamo. Serhii Palkin was present from Shakhtar, and Anatoliy Volk from Dynamo. There was a lot of discussion about our football. We heard interesting thoughts, an interesting vision of the development of Ukrainian football.

- You also recently participated in the summit meeting of the analytical company SkillCorner, with which FC Kryvbas began to cooperate in the summer of this year. Tell me about the details of the meeting.

- Yes, after Athens, we went to Prague with our chief scout Yevhen Chistyakov, where a closed conference of SkillCorner participants took place. At the meeting, such specialists as the chief scout of "Borussia" Mönchengladbach, Germany, the senior analyst of "Slavia" Czech Republic, the sports director of "Bude-Glimt" Norway and one of the managers of the German "Darmstadt" shared their experience. We listened to the speakers, learned about the new functions of this program.

Speakers shared their experience of using this program in their clubs. There was a lot of discussion about the development of football, how to use this program in the best possible way in your clubs. It was a closed meeting of the participants of this platform. After that, we will try to use this program as widely as possible in work, specifically in the work of the first team, scouting. We will continue to develop, because there are many interesting cases in Europe. And I say with confidence that probably more than 50% of Ukrainian clubs do not use these useful software.

- Share your upcoming plans for the next similar events with the participation of FC Kryvbas.

- In the near future, our new director of the Academy, Marios Alexandris, will go to Amsterdam for the Summit of the Academies of the European Football Association. He will represent our Club and our Academy among many of the best Academies in the world. The participants of the event will share their experience, cooperate and exchange contacts and connections. This is the most important thing for us, because we want our Academy to be at the European level.

Our new manager, coaches and experience of European clubs help us in this. We also plan to visit TransferRoom in November. A large Assembly of football clubs and football academies will also be held in March. Therefore, in the near future, we will continue to move along the European vector and develop our Kryvbas Club and FA. This is very important. Do not stand still, but develop.
