Volodymyr Makhankov: We are disappointed because we lost the victory in the last seconds of the match

Goalkeeper of Kryvyi Rih Kryvbas Volodymyr Makhankov shared his thoughts on the away match of the 14th round of the Ukrainian Premier League against Shakhtar Donetsk - 2:2.

- How would you summarize this result?

- We are disappointed, because we lost the victory in the last seconds of the match. I hope that the fans liked such an emotional game. Our team played very well in defense, and I am satisfied with the work of all the guys. There is some disappointment, but from the next day we will start preparing for the next two home rounds.

- The first half was left for Kryvbas. What did they talk about during the break?

- During the break, we were shown several moments in different phases of the game that needed to be corrected. I think that in the second half we played almost flawlessly in defense and did not allow the opponent to create dangerous moments. Shakhtar's substitutions were probably key, which influenced the course of the game, because closer to the 70th minute we got a little tired. But we fought until the last minute. It's very disappointing, but this is football - we keep working.
