Volodymyr Makhankov: Give yourself a football skill? Never concede goals

Another guest at the holiday party rubric 10 QUESTIONS Volodymyr Makhankov became the goalkeeper of Kryvyi Rih "Kryvbas". He told what the warmest childhood memory he remembers; shared his New Year's wish and also shared what he usually gives for the holidays.

- What is the most unexpected New Year's gift you have ever received?

- Santa's arrival at home when I was 4-5 years old. It was very unexpected for me.

- If Santa could fulfill one of your football wishes - what would you wish for?

- To play for the Ukrainian national team.

- What gift would you choose for your fans?

- Warm seats at the stadium so that they would be comfortable supporting us in the winter.

- Who in your team most resembles a New Year's character - and which one exactly?

- Carlos Rojas resembles some cartoon character. You could say that this is a New Year's character (smiles).

- Do you like giving or receiving gifts more? And what do you usually give?

- Of course, giving. Gifts come in different forms. I give what they order.

- If you could give yourself one skill - football or regular - which one would you choose?

- Probably never conceding goals. Absolutely never.

- How do you usually celebrate New Year's Eve - at home, on a trip or at the base?

- At home with family. Sometimes with friends. But at home.

- What is the warmest New Year's memory from your childhood that you remember?

- When I was 4-5 years old and Santa came. My parents were distracted, and at that moment he appeared. A childishly warm memory and memorable emotions.

- What dish should definitely be on your holiday table?

- Bruschetta with red caviar.

- What New Year's song or movie do you turn on first?

- A classic - the movie "Home Alone". At 5-6 pm I start watching one of the seasons of this masterpiece. The song? "Jingle Bells".
