Volodymyr Mulyk: Not everything worked out, but we are gradually making progress

Kryvyi Rih Kryvbas forward Volodymyr Mulyk shared his thoughts after the second test match at the winter training camp in Spain against Danish Aarhus - 2:4.

- Volodymyr, how would you comment on the sparring?

- A tough opponent. In fact, it was a good game: we worked hard, prepared for this match, and created a lot of chances. Not everything worked out, but we are gradually progressing. I think we will play better and better in the next sparring matches.

- Did you expect such a game or were there any surprises?

- Yes, we prepared and analyzed the opponent's game in detail: we watched their matches, conducted theoretical classes, and practiced chances in training. Therefore, we knew the opponent and were ready. In general, I think that the score somewhere corresponds to the game. The opponent's team had a lot of chances, basically the same as us.

- A third of the training camp is behind us. How do you feel physically?

- The team's physical condition is much better than at the beginning of the training camp. However, we still need to work hard and improve. We are not 100 percent ready yet.

- You earned a penalty. Remember how it was.

- There was a pass to the wing, I tried to shoot. The ball bounced off the defender, after which I got ahead of the goalkeeper, who fouled me. As a result, we earned a penalty.
