Volodymyr Vilivald: We really want to give our fans a home victory

Defender of Kryvyi Rih Kryvbas Volodymyr Vilivald - about his debut call-up to the Ukrainian youth national team, as well as the upcoming home match against Kamianets-Podilskyi Epitsentr in the 21st round of the UPL.

- Volodymyr, congratulations on your debut call-up to the U-21 national team! Share your emotions about this.

- The emotions are very good, because I worked hard to get the call-up and dreamed about this day. I am very pleased that I was given such a chance. I am very happy that I will go to the Euro qualifiers with the national team and will work to prove myself well.

- From whom did I learn about this important event for me?

- From the general director Volodymyr Baienko. He called me in the morning and said that an invitation had been received. I was very happy, I immediately called my parents. This was my childhood dream - the Ukrainian national team.

- The game against Epicentr is on Saturday. How important is it to play the first home game successfully after the winter break?

- Yes, we are really looking forward to this home game, because all the previous matches this year were played away. And we really want to give our fans a victory at home. We are really looking forward to it and we want to win at home.

- What do you expect from Epicentr?

- We expect an open game from the opponent. They know how to score, they know how to attack well. We all remember the first round match, where there were a lot of goals scored. We will analyze everything well and prepare for them so as not to make the same mistakes that happened in Ternopil.
