Volodymyr Vilivald, captain of Kryvyi Rih’s Kryvbas, has received a call-up to the Ukraine U-21 national team. During the international break, the "Red-and-Whites'" defender will join the national squad for a training camp in the Hungarian city of Miskolc.
With the U-21 team, Vilivald will prepare for three matches: two qualifiers for the 2027 European Championship and one friendly.
The Ukrainians' first opponent will be the Turkish U-21 team; the match is scheduled for September 26. On October 2, the U-21 squad will face Croatia in a Euro 2027 qualifier. The camp concludes with a friendly match against Albania on October 5.
For Volodymyr Vilivald, this call-up represents another opportunity to represent Kryvbas on the international stage and assist the Ukrainian U-21 team in important matches.
We wish Volodymyr a successful training camp, standout performances, and victories with the "Blue-and-Yellows"!
As a reminder, in the current 2026/2027 season, Vilivald has played 7 official matches for Kryvbas and scored 1 goal (5 matches/1 goal in the UPL, 2 matches in the Ukrainian Cup).
