"Young Boys" - "Kryvbas" 2:2

The second sparring match at the Slovenian meeting was held by "Kryvbas" against the champion of Switzerland, titled "Young Boys". The match took place in the Swiss town of Solothurn.

The start of the match was better for Kryvyi Rih, who scored first. After a mistake by the opponents' defense and pressing, Vakulko took full advantage of this, to whom the ball bounced. A shot from literally five meters -0:1. But, unfortunately, "Young Boys" won back quite quickly. Lauper was the first to finish after a shot from an acute angle and Makhankov's save. The red and whites did not have time to carry the ball as far as possible, and Sandro shot the goal -1:1.

"Young Boys" as the hosts took the initiative, but "Kryvbas" did not think of sitting back in defense. Kuzyk, Dibango and Prince missed good moments to score for the second time. Instead, the experienced opponent took the lead in the middle of the half for the first time in the match. Ajam effectively passed several opponents on the way to the goal and shot past Makhankov -2:1.

Until the end of the half, the game was even, with both chances of success. Our team was in no way inferior to the famous opponent. But at the break, the teams went with the score 2:1 in favor of the hosts. The Swiss started the second tie more actively, and twice Khoma, who replaced Makhankov, really came to the rescue after heavy blows from the opponents. Instead, we had some good attacks of our own. After one of these, Po brilliantly reeled in two opponents, but missed the near corner.

But in the 72nd minute, the people of Kryvyi Rih managed to equalize the score. A quick counterattack took place: Tverdokhlib brought Kozhuska one-on-one with the goalkeeper - Oleg technically punched into the far corner -2:2. Until the end of the game, "Young Boys" looked more active in front, but we didn't see any more goals today. 2:2 – battle draw.
