Midfielder of Kryvyi Rih "Kryvbas" Yaroslav Shevchenko shared his thoughts about the away match against Zhytomyr "Polyssia" - 1:2 in the 1/8 finals of the Cup of Ukraine.

- Yaroslav, congratulations on your debut in the Cup of Ukraine for the main team. How would you rate the game?

- Of course, emotions cannot be positive, because losing is always not very pleasant and no one wants it. Unfortunately, we have such an account. Well, we have to move on. The championship of Ukraine and important matches are ahead.

- You had a moment at the end. What was not enough to score?

- I believe that everything was done correctly. I won the second floor after Kuzyk served. Matteo at the far post closed, but hit the post. A little was not enough. He could have scored himself, tried to break into the corner, but no luck.

- The representatives of "Polyssia" stressed before the game that the confrontation with "Kryvbas" will be fundamental. And for us?

- I want to say that we prepare for each opponent in the same way. It doesn't matter who it is: Dynamo, Shakhtar or Polissia. It was important for us to win and move on. That was the main thing. But we have such a result. We will improve in the UPL matches.
