Yehor Tverdokhlib: It's nice to see my efforts give results and I can help the team

Midfielder Kryvyi Rih Kryvbas B Yehor Tverdokhlib gave an expanded interview with Ukrainian football. The most urgent moments of conversation to your attention.

- You have a wonderful goal series: five matches - seven goals. What is the secret of success? What was the impetus for such effectiveness?

- I think the secret is simple - it's work. Daily hard work on and outside training. In addition to the main training process, I stay after classes to further work out, work in the gym. I am sure that labor sooner or later brings its fruits. Probably now my time is now. God thanked the fact that I give myself. I am pleased to see my efforts and I can help the team. All this is not a coincidence, and I am very satisfied with this period in my career.

- you have also been recognized as the best football player of November, both in Kryvbas and in the UPL as a whole. What do these awards mean to you? Do you follow such honors?

- Yes, I'm following it. I am very pleased that I was recognized as the best November player in UPL. It is difficult to convey in words, but such moments need to be lived in order to feel all their value. However, I do not want to get hung up on this. In football everything changes rapidly: one or two unsuccessful games - and they can forget about you. So I try to stay calm, not succumb to emotions and continue to work as if nothing happened.

- continuing the theme of the hat trick. You dedicated it to the defenders of Ukraine. On November 10 Kryvbas spent a charity match with fans in support of the Armed Forces. Tell your impressions of this event?

- Yes, I was present at this match. I think this is a wonderful initiative from FC Kryvbas and from all who participated in this. I note that our club is not holding such events for the first time. Kryvbas constantly helps and will assist our Armed Forces in the fight against the racists. For this match, it is, first and foremost, at least for a while to be distracted from everyday life and from all the negativity that is now. And at the same time, it is a great way to raise a certain amount to help and support our armed forces. This is really a cool initiative for our defenders. 

Volodymyr Vilivald: I will go with Kryvbas to a meeting in Spain. And everything will depend on me

- how do you work under the guidance of Yuri Nikolaevich Vernydub? Does it have any features in the training process? What are his strongest sides as a trainer?

- its strongest side, in my opinion, is that it is able to squeeze the maximum of players. He himself is a maximalist in life, so he always wants to win and be the first. I think he conveys this in his mood and his feelings. And the fact that Kryvbas is now good, in many respects the merit of the coaching staff and personally Yuri Nikolaevich Vernydub. He is a very ambitious trainer who always seeks maximum and always adjusts to win.

- in Kryvbas and plays many legionnaires. Are there no language barrier between Ukrainians and foreigners?

- and no, there is no language barrier. We use simple phrases to understand each other. If you need to translate something specifically, we have players who speak English well and can convey the information that a coach or football player wants. Therefore, there are no problems in communication at all. In Kryvbas and a real red and white family, and all help each other.
